Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition: The product must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at Info@ashinterior.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning the product.

  3. Shipping the Item: Package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.
